Senior Years Careers Come In Day

As part of Senior Years, students are invited to participate in the Senior Years Careers Come in Day.

The Come in Day will be run in 3 sessions and allow students to explore future pathways, build connections with other students and teachers and build skills for employment.

Location: The Hall - Open Access College, 1-37 Marden Road Marden

Date: Week 4 - Thursday, 15 August 2024

Time: 9.30am - 2.30pm

Please arrive at 9.30 and sign in at Student Services where you will meet teachers outside of this area before walking over to the Hall. Students will also be required to sign out of Student Services before leaving at 2.30pm

• 9:30am – Students arrive and sign in a Student Services
• 10:00am - 11:10am - Session 1: Connection building and wellbeing workshop
• 11:30am - 1:00pm - Session 2: Career Expo (Marden Campus)
• 1:30pm - 2:00pm - Session 3: Build your resume and interview preparation.
• 2:25pm - Students return with teachers to Student Services to sigh out.
• 2:30pm - Students are dismissed after signing out at Student Services.

To attend the event, students will: Be required to organise their own way to and from Open Access College.
