Student Spotlight: Year 11 Digital Communications Solutions

Olivia B is a Year 11 student studying a number of subjects at Open Access College. One of those subjects is Stage 1 Digital Communication Solutions (Photography). Olivia has a passion for photography and has demonstrated this in her stunning landscape images of places around South Australia taken for the coursework as part of the Specialised Skills Tasks.

Some of the skills that Olivia has been developing in Digital Communication Solutions are knowledge of angles, focal point, filling the frame, rule of thirds, lighting and undertaking the design process.

You can see that many of these skills have been utilised in the photographs in this article. Olivia’s images are clear, crisp, and show incredible contrast, sharpness and technical use of colour.
