School Holiday Courses: Business and Hospitality Program 2024

Business Program: This course equips students with essential skills for the customer service industry, including delivering exceptional service, purchasing goods, and understanding recruitment. These skills are part of the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business and are transferable across multiple industries. Pre-reading may be required. Held at Queensford College in the Adelaide CBD.

4-Day Hospitality Program: This hands-on course prepares students for the hospitality industry, teaching coffee-making, serving, and clearing tables to industry standards, along with responsible service of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages in a simulated café environment. Completing this program can earn you 20 SACE Credits at Stage 2.
