Governing Council Meeting - Material & Services Charge 2025 Discussion

Dear Parents, Caregivers, and Independent Students,

We are writing to inform you about the Materials & Services charge for 2025. This fee is charged to families to cover the costs of items and services provided to students, facilitating their completion of the curriculum. Please note that this charge does not include staff costs, teacher resources, facilities costs, or school operating expenses such as utilities.

Our fees are set at the minimum prescribed amounts: $300 for R-6 and $396 for 7-12. For the 2025 school year, an additional $200 reduction in the Materials and Services charge has been applied due to the State Government's cost-of-living support initiative. As a result, the school fees will be $100 for R-6 and $196 for 7-12.

We invite you to join the Governing Council meeting on 4th of December 2024, at 8:00 p.m. to discuss the charge before it is finalised.
