School Values

OAC Values

Respect

We seek opportunities to treat each other with compassion and empathy. We acknowledge each other’s differences as strengths and are committed to creating a safe learning environment.

Resilience

We face challenges with curiosity and the belief that we can succeed or learn from them. We persevere in overcoming obstacles with the help and guidance of the school community.

Responsibility

We take ownership of our actions to ensure we are being the best we can be. We understand how our actions can affect others, and we act to improve ourselves and our community.

Inclusion

We create an equitable environment where everyone can participate and develop a sense of belonging.
